10 bottles of water and 4 cups of green tea.

Should I break the fast and have an egg white on a half a piece of toast?
Or stay strong until the morning?

Thank you! (: Doing now? You mean diet wise? I just started this week so I ‘m just trying to eat around 500 calories. Next week I’m doing a 2,4,6,8 pyramid diet.
