Breakfast:
Half a grape fruit - 50
Coffee with skim milk - 20

Lunch:
Pineapple slice - 18

Dinner:
One slice of low calorie bread - 35
Salad with baby carrots and cherry tomatoes & light ranch- 75
10 raspberries - 10
3 strawberries - 7

Snack:
String cheese - 80

TOTAL: 295

I’m going to the gym soon so I will burn 500+ Calories (:
